1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TipCrew, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing TipCrew.

2. Description of Service

TipCrew provides a platform for businesses and service teams to accept digital tips via QR codes. We facilitate payments, track shifts, and distribute tips among workers according to rules set by the business owner.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of TipCrew, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Fees

TipCrew charges a platform fee on tips processed through the system. The fee structure is disclosed to business owners during signup and in the business settings. Stripe processing fees may also apply. All fees are subject to change with notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TipCrew for any illegal purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TipCrew, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
