Quick guides
How to create a shift and assign workers
Go to the Shifts tab, tap Create Shift, select the location, pick a date and time, and add workers from your roster. Workers will be notified automatically.
How tip splitting works
When a customer tips, the amount is split according to the active split rule for that shift. Equal splits divide the net amount evenly. Custom splits let you assign weights to each worker.
How customers pay
Customers scan your QR code, choose a tip amount, and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card through Stripe. No app download or account creation needed.
Understanding fees
The platform fee is deducted from each tip according to your business settings. Stripe also charges a standard card processing fee. You can see the full breakdown on every tip in Reports.
